Szijjarto: Hungary committed to peace, rest in Middle East
Hungary is committed to peace and rest in the Middle East and is calling for avoiding an escalation of the situation there, the foreign minister said on Friday.
“We condemn all forms of terrorism and the killing of innocent people. That is why we condemn the terrorist attack carried out in the city of Kerman which has claimed countless lives and offer our condolences to the relatives of the victims,” Peter Szijjarto said on Facebook.
He expressed hope that the attack would not escalate into further violence in the region, saying that such a development would have unforeseeable consequences.
