Kazakhstan shows way to a safer world by its own example

More than 70 years ago, the first nuclear test was carried out on the land of Kazakhstan, launching an unprecedented arms race. One and a half million people suffered from the consequences of the nuclear tests, which infected a huge territory larger than many European states. In total, 468 explosions were set off on the territory of Kazakhstan, and these in turn were 2500 times stronger than the power of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
