Start of the ski season in the Mátra

The park will be open every day of the winter holidays, including New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Four pistes (runs 4-7) are currently open and six different lifts are available, including the so-called ‘Panorama Lift’.

There is a small piste for beginners and the little ones to learn on, while the longest run for professionals winds its way one kilometre into the valley. Important to know: Due to the risk of accidents, the mountain is not open for sledging. Depending on the weather, the ski park will be floodlit in the evening and therefore remain open for descents after dark. Otherwise, the park is open daily for winter sports enthusiasts from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, with prices for day tickets ranging from 9-13,500 forints and 5-7,500 forints for ski lift transport.
