Ski park in Mátraszentistván celebrates 20th anniversary

The ski park in Mátraszentistván is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. With state-of-the-art ski lifts, including a four-seater panoramic lift, the family ski resort is ready to go. Although snow fell in November, temperatures did not fall below zero for a long time, so the snow cannons have not yet been put into operation.

On 1 December, the first day of meteorological winter, a pre-sale campaign was launched: vouchers for ski passes with a 10% discount can be purchased on the Mátraszentistván ski park website. Ticket prices remain unchanged compared to last year. Thanks to the special climate of the Upper Mátra and the snow cannons, the ski season here lasts 80-90 days on average. Experienced skiers can look forward to four kilometres of varied pistes and the most modern ski lifts in Hungary.
