Traffic restrictions at Budapest Airport

The airport operator Budapest Airport (BA) Zrt. announced that the renovation of the bridge to Terminal 2 and the area in front of the building used for boarding and disembarking will start on 20 February.

It will no longer be possible to access the departures level of the airport, and the areas for boarding and disembarking on the arrivals level will be reduced due to the construction work. BA recommends that passengers arriving by car use the ‘Terminal car park’ marked with green signs and the ‘City Break car park’ marked with purple signs.

The final stop of the airport bus 100E is to be relocated to a new location on the outer curve of the arrivals level by June, while the stop for the 200E bus will remain at the existing stop during the construction work.
