Regulated household gas prices unchanged ahead of heating season
Regulated household gas prices will not change in the fourth quarter, the Energy Affairs Ministry said on Thursday.
A draft decree of the ministry sets prices and volumes for utilities companies piping gas into homes in the fourth quarter and keeps regulated end-user prices for households unchanged.
The ministry noted that nine in ten consumers enjoy the full preferential price as their gas consumption is under the average. Households that consume more pay a higher price.
