Potential of Tisza exhausted?
According to the representative survey, 44% of determined voters voted in favour of Fidesz-KDNP at the end of November, the same number as in October. In favour of the Tisza party was 36%, which is a correction within the error interval from the previous month. The research institute believes that the process in which the new formation was able to win over the voters of the left-wing and liberal ‘dwarf parties’ has been completed. The Tisza party can hardly capitalise on any further reserves here.
As things stand at present, Real-PR 93 would result in a parliament with four parties, as the right-wing Mi Hazánk (7%) and the DK would also clear the 5% hurdle. According to this poll, the satirical party MKKP would almost certainly miss out on a place in the next parliament with 3%.
