Official hails record submissions for Hungary 365 photo contest
A record number, some 44,000 images, have been submitted for the Magyarorszag 365 photo contest, Csaba Domotor, state secretary at the prime minister's cabinet, said on Facebook on Monday.
Domotor said the contest was aimed at “presenting what Hungary is proud of”, adding that this year professional and amateur photographers could compete in two new categories: portraits and street photography.
The jury has started evaluating the submissions and results will soon be published, Domotor said.
