FT: Household gas prices lowest in Hungary in EU
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has "managed to keep household gas prices in Hungary the lowest (in the EU) no matter how much he has been criticised", HirTv.hu said on Wednesday based on an article published by business daily Financial Times.
Orbán has “agreed a number of deals with Russia to ensure lower-priced gas deliveries,” the FT said in its article.
The paper noted that UK prices were about 30 percent higher than in many of its EU neighbours.
