Election 2024 – Turnout 9.98 pc at 9am
By 9am local time on Sunday, 9.98 percent of eligible voters had cast their ballots in the European parliamentary and municipal elections in Hungary.
Turnout was the highest in Tolna county (12.69pc) and the lowest in Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen (8.48pc).
Voter participation in Budapest stood at 8.59pc at 9am.
Voter participation will be reported next at 11am.
In the 2019 EP election, voter participation reached 7.78 percent at 9am. In 2014 it stood at 5.25pc and in 2009 at 6.03pc.
