Election 2024 – President Sulyok: Participation in elections ‘crucial’
"It is most important that people should go and vote," President Tamas Sulyok said after casting his ballot in Hungary's European parliamentary and municipal elections on Sunday.
The president thanked all voters for their participation and said the elections were “a tool for everybody to express their wish”.
“If the democratic will is expressed, here in Hungary and in the whole European Union we can rest assured,” the president said.
