Omicron variant present in Hungary
The Omicron coronavirus variant has been detected in Hungary, according to Cecilia Muller, the chief medical officer.
The omicron variant has been detected in two people, Muller told public television current affairs channel M1 on Monday.
She noted that the Delta variant is still by far the most dominant variant in Hungary.
