Coronavirus – 8,036 new cases last week, 35 fatalities
Fully 8,036 new Covid-19 cases were registered last week, while 35 people died in connection with the virus, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Wednesday in a round-up of last week's data.
Altogether 6,412,386 have been vaccinated, with 6,199,431 having received a second shot, 3,885,874 a third, and 307,965 a fourth.
There have been 1,940,824 Covid cases since the start of the outbreak and 46,696 have died.
Currently there are 15,907 active infections and 628 Covid patients hospitalised, 16 intubated on a ventilator. Fully 1,878,221 people have made a recovery.
