Industrial PPI up 35 percent
Factory gate prices in Hungary grew by an annual 35 percent in June, picking up from a 32.3 percent increase in the previous month, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Friday.
KSH said the index was up mainly due to higher prices for raw materials and energy combined with a weaker forint.
Domestic sale prices were up 44.6 percent while export prices increased by 30.1 percent.
