Guest nights down 0.4 percent in February
Guest nights spent in commercial accommodations in Hungary fell by 0.4 percent to 1,380,000 in February from the same period a year earlier, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Friday.
The number of guest nights spent by domestic travellers dropped by 13.3 percent to 694,000, while foreign visitor nights increased by 17.3 percent to 686,000.
Revenue jumped by 41.7 percent to 30 billion forints (EUR 80m).
