Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét pays workforce bonus for the third time
The extraordinary payment will be made at the beginning of April, together with the salary for the month of March. For the third year in a row, MBMH is also giving its employees a direct share in the company’s success and thus thanking them for their outstanding performance over the past year.
In accordance with the original agreement with the trade unions, the level of profit-sharing is determined on the basis of local indicators defined by the management of Kecskemét. The key indicators have all had a positive impact on the development of the amount to be paid out. The site manager, MBMH CEO Jens Bühler, thanks the employees for their outstanding performance and emphasises that they have laid the foundations for the plant’s success together as a team in a challenging environment and with passion and great results.
The Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét employs around 4,500 people and produced more than 146,000 vehicles last year.
