Finance Minister highlights self-sufficience at inauguration of HUF 6.2 billion Hungaropharma investment
Recent crises have shown that self-sufficience and a sovereign economic policy were key to a successful rebound, Finance Minister Mihaly Varga said at the inauguration of a fully automatic warehouse of medicine manufacturer Hungaropharma in Budapest on Thursday.
The 6.2 billion forint (EUR 16.1m) investment was channelled into the most modern pharmaceutical warehouse in central and eastern Europe, Varga said.
The warehouse has a capacity of 20,000 pallets of medicine, which are kept in an “oxygen-poor” environment.
