Third Hungarian satellite launched

The third Hungarian nano-satellite was launched at the Guayana Space Center, in French Guayana, early on Tuesday, astronomer Laszlo Kiss told public television M1.

Hungarian universities conclude laser R+D project

The universities of Szeged, Pecs and Debrecen have concluded a four-year research project to investigate ultrafast physical processes using lasers, supported by 1.4 billion forints (EUR 3.9m) in European Union grant money.
