Massive fines coming for repeat offenders

Homeless people found living on the streets more than twice in six months will be fined up to HUF 100,000 (EUR 319) or jailed after MPs passed an amendment to the Criminal Code on Monday. The change was passed by 293-61 votes and will be in force from 1 December. Continue »
