The yr-on-yr producer price level of agricultural products rose 20.1% in August and the yr-on-yr increase in the first eight months of the year was 8.6%, the Central Statistical Office announced last week.
The price level of crops and horticultural products climbed 31.7% and for live animals and animal products rose 3.2%, with cereals up 33.8% on the same period of 2009.
