The ballet ensemble of
the Hungarian State Opera House began organising performances under the title
Colours of the Hungarian National Ballet – from classical to modern last
spring.
The shows consist of
extracts from 19th and 20th century Russian ballet as well as Western and
Hungarian, modern and neo-classical style material. In this performance the
ensemble will pay tribute to the work of László Seregi and Lilla Pártay, two of
Hungary’s most influential choreographers.
Tickets cost HUF
1,500-3,400 and are available from the venue.
