The
Budapest Court of Appeals has suspended the building permit for the planned
NATO radar station on Tubes hill (southwest Hungary). The defence ministry now
faces the possibility of having to pay some HUF 1.2 billion (EUR 4.8 million)
in compensation to the Italian supplier of the radar due to the project being
