PM to spend Christmas in Bulgaria

Budapest, December 3 (MTI) – Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany and
his family will spend Christmas in Bulgaria, MTI learnt from
Gyurcsany’s internet blog on Monday. Government spokesman David Daroczi told MTI that Gyurcsany was
scheduled to be on holiday between December 20 and January 7, 2008,
during which time Finance Minister Janos Veres would take over his
responsibilities. The Gyurcsany family will be visiting relatives of the PM’s

Honorary consul appointed to Mulhouse, France

Paris, December 3 (MTI) – Financial expert Richard Jungto (54)
has been appointed as Hungary’s honorary consul to Mulhouse, France,
MTI learnt on Monday. Hungary opened its honorary consular office in Mulhouse — the
eighth in France — last Friday, to service five counties in Eastern

Top 20th-century poet’s works to return to internet
