forecast for Sunday with snow possible in the western parts. Winds
will be from the north-northeast, and will pick up to strong,
especially in the northwest. Nighttime lows will range from -2 to 2 degrees Celsius, and

Budapest, (MTI) – The cabinet submitted a domestic
partnership bill to parliament on Friday that would grant rights
similar to those accorded married couples to all domestic partners
regardless of gender. The bill, made public on parliament’s website, noted that in
general fewer people were choosing to marry. It cited statistics
showing that while in the early 1970s only 2.1 percent of all
families were unmarried, in 2005 the proportion was 12.2 percent.
One in every three new relationships is a domestic partnership, it
reads. In addition, there are many same-sex domestic partnerships
