Budapest November 7 (MTI) – Hungary had a cash-flow based public
finance deficit of 49.8 billion forints in October, excluding local
councils, 17.9 billion forints more than the Finance Ministry’s
forecast of 31.9 billion forints for the month, according to

rain is likely in much of the country, with a combination of rain
and snow or pure snow in the north and northeast. After daybreak, rolling clouds may trigger isolated showers, but
sunshine also can be expected. Breezes will be from the northwest and strong, picking up to
