Stock exchange dips in short trading week

Budapest, October 28 (MTI) – The Budapest Stock Exchange’s BUX index dipped by 2.02 percent in a three-day trading week – Monday and Tuesday were holidays – to close at 27,189 points on Friday. Overall turnover amounted to 100.4 billion forints (about 401.6 million euros) compared to the 158.3 billion (about 633.2 million euros) of the preceding five-day week. Continue »
