Russian Minister of Information Technology and Communications
Leonid Reiman pledged that Russia would remain a reliable crude oil
and natural gas supplier.
The two ministers discussed plans to make Hungary a logistics
hub for Central and Eastern Europe. Koka said Hungarian companies
would be prepared to take part in infrastructure projects related to
the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.
Russia is Hungary’s third biggest trade partner. According to
Hungarian figures, the bilateral trade turnover has trebled since
2002 to amount to 8.18 billion dollars last year.
